​At Crooked Trail Kennel, we believe a Yorkshire Terrier is a work of art--refined by nature and perfected by genetics.  Our pack doesn't just live on our 55-acre ranch in Mohave County, Arizona, they are the heartbeat of it.  Raised under the vast desert sky and powered by the sun, our dogs live in a high desert sanctuary where every member is a member of the family.

 

We have moved away from the "standard" to pursue the extraordinary.  Our philosophy is simple:  Quality over everything!  We maintain a small, elite roster of foundation sires and dams to ensure every puppy receives individual care, professional evaluation and the "Crooked Trail" stamp of excellence. Every dog, from our pack to our puppies, is DNA checked through Embark. Verifying Health, Ancestry and Rare Color Predictability.
